Terms of Service

Welcome to EvenTab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EvenTab mobile application, the informational website located at eventab.app (collectively, the "Service"), and any related services provided by EvenTab.

By downloading the app, accessing the website, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

EvenTab provides a platform for users to track shared expenses, settle balances, manage group money, and monitor personal finances. The Service allows you to keep an informal ledger of who owes whom and to categorize personal spending goals.

No Financial Account Integration: EvenTab is not a bank, financial planner, broker, or asset manager. We do not hold your funds, process payments directly between users, or connect to your external bank accounts. All financial data within the app is manually inputted by users.

Informational Website: The EvenTab website is strictly informational. Account creation, login, and all expense management activities must be performed exclusively through the EvenTab mobile application.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity (or parental consent) to enter into a binding contract. If you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, you may not use EvenTab.

To use the core features of the Service, you must register for an account via the mobile app.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and login credentials you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the in-app settings or by following the instructions on our account deletion page.

You are solely responsible for all code, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content") that you upload, post, publish, or display via the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or share any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to facilitating illicit transactions, money laundering, or fraud.
• Use the shared ledger features to facilitate, track, or settle debts related to unregulated personal loans, gambling, sports betting, or prediction markets.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

EvenTab reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any Content or account that violates these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

EvenTab may offer certain paid features through a subscription plan called EvenTab Pro.

Billing and Payments

EvenTab Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you subscribed. EvenTab does not directly process your payment card, bank account, or store billing credentials. By starting a subscription, you agree to the price, billing period, free trial terms, renewal terms, and other purchase details shown to you at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

EvenTab Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period or trial period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable app store. Your app store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellations

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting your EvenTab account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

Refunds

Refunds, credits, and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. EvenTab cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Access to Pro Features

If your subscription is active, EvenTab will provide access to the Pro features available in your version of the app. If your subscription expires, is canceled after the current billing period, is refunded, or cannot be verified, access to Pro features may end, but your existing data will remain associated with your account unless you delete it.

Price Changes

EvenTab may change subscription pricing or available Pro features from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated or handled as required by the applicable app store rules.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of EvenTab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of EvenTab.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by EvenTab. EvenTab has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EvenTab EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EvenTab makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EvenTab, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EvenTab and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

We may terminate your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and request data deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
