Delete Your Account
You can delete your EvenTab account at any time, directly from within the app.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting, make sure you have settled any outstanding balances with your groups.
How to delete your account in the app
- 1Open the EvenTab app on your device.
- 2Tap the Profile tab.
- 3Scroll to the Account section.
- 4Tap Delete Account.
- 5Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- 6Tap Delete Account to complete the process.
What happens to your data
When you delete your account, EvenTab disables access to the account and removes or anonymizes account-level personal information, including your email address, profile photo/avatar, pending invitations, friend requests, and active push notification tokens.
Because EvenTab is used to maintain shared expense records between multiple people, some historical shared records may remain visible to friends or group members who were part of those records. This may include shared expense descriptions, amounts, currencies, dates, split information, settlement records, comments, and the display name associated with historical activity, where needed to preserve an accurate ledger for remaining participants. Your email address and profile photo will no longer be shown for the deleted account.
Private personal finance records that are not part of a shared group or shared expense, such as personal expenses, personal goals, and personal budget settings, are deleted or made inaccessible as part of account deletion, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or audit purposes.

If you are unable to log in or access the app to delete your account, email support@eventab.app and we will help process the request. Please include the email address associated with your account.
